Really great waterproof Peterstorm coat, nice colour nice price and really helpful friendly staff.
Very dog friendly and lots of choice.

Despite there being several customers wanting to try on walking shoes around the same time, Liz took this in her stride. I didn't feel rushed and neither was I kept waiting. She brought myself and another customer shoes, and responded to both of us as needed. She took time to ensure I had the best fit and cimfort for what I needed.

Liz went out of her way to help me buy some Merrell walking shoes.George came from the back of the shop to support and help with the decision making process.Liz is going to help my friend buy her walking shoes when the new delivery arrives on Monday.

Excellent service. I phoned ahead to check that they had walking boots in my size and I was told that the boots would be put aside until I arrived. Great service in shop, lots of advice. An expensive purchase but I came away feeling confident that I had made the right purchase.

Lisa was very helpful helping us choose our camping equipment.

As always, the best customer service in Monmouth Millets. I buy all of my outdoor gear from them if I can because they are all so helpful and friendly and knowledgeable as well. Got a great deal on some Fox shorts today too. Thanks again.

Brilliant customer service. The assistant went out of her way to advise me with regards to suitability and quality and was on hand to fetch several pairs of shoes in two sizes.

She didn't deviate from politeness nor service and had a balanced banter.
Will recommend Millets Monmouth again. All staff said hello, smiled and were polite.

The staff were very polite and the store well laid out well stocked and light clean.
I went in to buy a pair of good quality walking boots and after trying a couple of pairs with a member of store staff helping me choose based on boot functions and type, I came away with a pair I am happy with.
I had even time for a nice cup of tea on my way back to my car :)

Always friendly, and equally helpful. And dog friendly, which is a major bonus!

I was shopping in Monmouth today and I went into Millets to buy a coat, the three members of staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Excellent customer service and a great black Friday deal.

Visited Millets at Monmouth and took a look at walking shoes. Staff were very helpful and informative, but not pushy.
Both staff members clearly had excellent product knowledge and were most courteous.
How refreshing to get customer service of such a high standard.
