Absolutely brilliant I just love the team in This shop, they are so helpful, polite cheerful, friendly and make it feel like shopping as it used to be. On Saturday 14th December I went to have a look and ask the manager to check stock. I then asked her to pretend in front of my husband that I had to return tomorrow to use a discount card so I could come and get his present. She played a long brilliantly being very helpful.
On Sunday 15th of December I returned to the shop and asked a very polite young man. If he knew much about hiking boots he informed me he had just done a training course bought that bloke didn’t know about shoes was not worth knowing at all. He was absolutely brilliant and spent a lot of time explaining and justifying The reasons behind his advice. What a great knowledgeable member of staff the other guy on the till was equally polite and friendly without rushing me they are genuinely the best job in Leighton buzzard well done guys.

Charlie was really knowledgeable and helpful when assisting me with buying new walking boots. He took the time to listen to my needs and recommended a pair of Berghaus to fit my wide feet. Staff are always friendly and approachable whenever I have visit the store.

Jenni was very polite, attentive and very helpful!!! making my shopping a pleasant experience. Completing feedback a lesser experience, asking for order number, had to get up go to another room, find receipt only to find there is no “order number” so used the receipt number??

I went into Millets Leighton Buzzard to buy a waterproof jacket. Sharon was extremely helpful, she found several coats for me to try in different styles and colours all within my price range. I was delighted with my purchase. All the staff in Leighton Buzzard are always very cheerful and helpful.

Charlie was amazing and super informative, any shoe I asked about from any brand and he was able to give me an informative breakdown and a comparison. More places need to employ people like him, that's where physical locations are better than online, the help and guidance from amazing sellers! Ended up getting two pairs of Merrell and excited to use em.

My husband and I went into Millets. Allie came to see us and gave us relevant information. We came to buy one pair of trainers and left with two. Very pleasant lady.
