Hannah was really helpful and knowledgeable. She was able to answer all of my questions related to the waterproof coats/jackets I was interested in, and was able to suggest a good pair of thermal gloves i could with my smartphone. Very happy with my purchases.

Popped in just before Xmas looking for waterproof jacket. Items were all well displayed and priced. Big sale was good. We were served by Matthew. I watched his polite and patient manner with a previous customer, and he was the same with us. He recognised me as a teacher in his old school, so we chatted about those times for a while, all the time remaining focused on the business of selling us boots. Exemplary.

The service from the staff in the Enfield branch Erol (Manager) and Andrew was excellent, over and above great service. They were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and they did not make me feel rushed at any point.
