I use the Enfield Town store quite frequently. The staff are always very helpful and friendly.

Went for a browse instore and found an item I already should have had, so bought on this occasion. Staff are very friendly and pleasant to talk to and even gave me advice for future custom if I need to buy relevant items again. Donna was lovely and knowledgeable, talked about past adventures of outdoor nature seeing and advised on where else to visit

It was great! Erol and Donna were absolutely lovely, funny and helpful. Made my day. Thank you very much! :)

Was served by Andrew and Erol. Both were brilliant. Andrew was helpful giving advice and recommendations. Made sure we had everything we needed that was actually relevant. Erol served at the till. Both were pleasant, knowledgable and had a great customer service attitude. I didn’t walk away feeling I’d wasted money. Top notch service all round. Thanks.

Served today by Hannah she was very patient as I am an awkward customer I will admit let me try on some hats as some of them were very big found a north face one that suited in the end so left ver happy with a Hat and two scarves

Our shopping experience in the Enfield store was very productive. Erol and Donna were very friendly and helpful,offering advice on products, Duke of Edinburgh card and offers.

helpful chap who served me was called erol, and he took the time to check the stock to find the trainers i wanted.

I was served by Hannah today in the Palace Gardens Enfield store. She is a lovely, friendly young lady who provided excellent customer service along with a smile. Thanks Hannah!

I was in the Enfield branch of Millets this morning to return a pair of boots ordered online that were a tad too small. I then tried on several pairs of hiking boots all different makes to ensure a comfortable fitting. I must add that Andrew and Erol were so helpful and knowledgeable about the boots they were selling. I am very happy with the purchase I made.

The two staff were amazing, very helpful, very kind, could not get better staff.

The staff are always willing to help you find what you need. Hannah helped us find the right sized walk boot and kept our shoes at the till while we finished our visit. A* service!

Took my mum to the store since we're going away to Scotland and the weather has taken a turn.
She'd seen a lovely fleece but the only available size was in grey, Andrew overheard us wanting the purple and called a colleague down as he went to check the stock in the back. Can't ever trust the little tech pads with their numbers but it was strange that there was only 1 purple.
He came back with all the remaining stock! Felt like Christmas came early!
It put a smile on mums face and I know it'll make her trip worthwhile knowing she'll be cozy!
Andrew was great! Lovely to talk to and will definitely be popping in again

Erol was super helpful with my shopping and I got everything I needed. The store is compact but well organized. The price is unbelievable and I believe it offers everything needed even for a Mt Everest climb.

Enfield is a great store, items are well displayed and it’s very tidy. Had wonderful service from both Hannah and Matthew today, what a delight to shop there.

The store had what I wanted, at a price I liked and was served by Jenni who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the item I bought.

I attended the Enfield store as I had researched the products I wanted online, but could not deal with home delivery at the time and the online indicated they were in stock at this location.
At initial impression the store carries a lot of stock, however I realised this gives a greater selection for choice. I was directed by staff to the upper floor where walking poles were on an upright stand among other products for hiking and outdoor activities. I was able to choose my items, and able to select other necessary items I hadn't thought to research online.
I came back down to the till. Donna was the sales assistant who dealt with me in a pleasant and helpful way without any pressure to purchase other items, yet we had a good discussion around midges in Scotland (my expected destination). I was then informed I got a further discount on the sunglasses I chose. Good selection of products to make an informed choice. Friendly, helpful staff. Shop location is good for parking nearby.
