Kiosk service is a JOKE
So the kiosk is absurdly overpriced but at least it's convenient, right? Wrong. I paid the ridiculous fee and 2 weeks later I'm still waiting for my keys to arrive. The tracking number they gave me hasn't shown any updates in a week despite the shipping facility being only an hour away from my home. Customer service is completely useless. I just started a chargeback with my bank to get refunded but I still have no keys. Avoid these kiosks and just go to a hardware store, key copies take minutes and cost half as much. KeyMe can BlowMe.

Starting with the first hello the service was professional, knowledgeable and empathetic. The customer service scheduler helped resolve several snags, like my purse with my credit cards is locked in the car, while keeping me calm.
The technician arrived on time per the text updates on when to expect him. He was pleasant, confident and Quick!
He made it a point to take pictures to confirm he was at the billed location. Very professional.
Definitely will keep this service provider on speed dial if I ever am stupid enough to lock myself out of my car again.

Awful response time
I was told that it would be 30 minutes or less for someone to show up to my vehicle to unlock my door. After approximately 2 hours of waiting, I called someone else to come open my door and they arrived within 15 minutes and got the job done.

The technician did not show up on the day he was supposed to. We rescheduled and he showed up 12 hours early. Then the price jumped from $125 to $400. Then an hour later told us they couldn’t make the key, but we had to pay him $100? I’m not sure how this company stays in business.

Misleading marketing. At time of purchase, the koisk indicated 50% discount for 30 key mail in large order. They ended up charging me 5.495 per key.
Homedepot or ace can make the keys under $4 a piece and provide immediate key delivery. Keyme is charging $6 per key (after tax) despite such a large order and delivering many days out. misleading marketing and rip off your customers.
