Mike Davis was very professional in his approach and in dealing with my questions. He didn't rush thru the test. Because my ears were full of wax, he advised me to come back to continue the test after the wax was removed. Wax removal was offered to me at a cost; but my surgery arranged the removal free if charge under NHS. It is now done, and I will be going back to Hidden Hearing to complete Mike's testing

Ruby is an excellent audiologist as she was trained by Helen who was exceptional.

Ruby was very helpful polite and friendly, she explained different ways of improving my hearing particularly in busy and noisy environments.

The best hearing examination that I have ever had, very professional and easy to understand.

Quite a bit of wax found- hard like concrete so been given OLIVE OIL to soften the remaining wax....Another appointment next week

Great service from Ruby

First time using this audiologist, and they were fantastic. Went through everything with me, cleared both of my ears and did a quick test. They actually listened to some concerns I have with my tinitus as well and seem keen to help. I’ve been to other places which have been competent, but not as good as this one!

Claire the nurse practioner was excellent, extremely professional and answered all my questions thoroughly. I would definitely recommend using Hidden Hearing
