Very professional, friendly. Very good service

Having had NHS hearing aids for nearly 2 years, on recommendation saw Darren at Hidden Hearing, Maidstone.
A true utter professional who cares and spends time.
Apart from real comfortable fit and quality of sound my Oticon aids provide a host of advantages.
One of the most noticeable differences is that when driving the outside noise is almost unnoticeable.

At Maidstone. Lucy,on reception, and Sam both excellent. Offered coffee, my friend, 92, helped down stairs, everything explained very carefully and understanding checked. Very thorough review and tests. Hearing aids working much better. Lucy and Sam both so friendly. Full marks!

As background I attended my local pharmacy to have my ears dewaxed. Was offered a free hearing test at Hidden Hearing. Arrived slightly apprehensive but was pleased by the welcome from Lucy plus a cup of coffee while I waited. Appointment was on time and Sam explained what was involved. Appointment lasted about an hour including all the tests. Sam clearly shared & explained the results with me. A lovely experience. Thank you.

I paid £6000 for Intent 1 Hearing Aids. Was told the wax filters needed changing every month. I am having to change the filter daily for the hearing aids to even function. This is costing me £60 a month. The only solution offered is another £70 for ear inspection and possible wax removal. The hearing aids are going in the bin. A complete waste of money

I visited Hidden Hearing in Maidstone today for a hearing test with Sam where it was identified that I needed to have one of my ears unblocked. Sam was wonderful and professional, she explained the process very clearly and really made me feel at ease as i’d not had an hearing test before. Following an inspection with a camera that showed ( I could see the camera images too) I had a blocked ear she booked me in with Rachel, who made time to make sure I received the follow up treatment within half an hour. Again Rachel was clear and professional….she helped make what I thought might be an unpleasant experience very comfortable.
I also want to pay compliment to the customer services staff who looked after me in the lead up to my appointment. They were professional, accommodating and friendly. Very refreshing these days. Thank you

Same As last time Samantha was very professional and very patient.she answered all my questions with ease. She very kindly cleaned my hearing aids and digitally tweaked them so they worked perfectly. Thank you Sam you were lovely .

What can I write that justifies my overwhelming thanks to Samantha Lidington. An amazing Lady that opened up my world to hearing this wonderful world again.
After a battle of unsatisfactory hearing aids and absolutely hating the idea of wearing both ears with aids I simply took my left ear original NHS ones out as soon as they were put in and tried to relent to using both they sat in their case ... trying to get but basically refused due to look and comfort.
So went to hidden hearing and OH MY!!
I COULD HEAR Samantha's voice and " ahhh ( excitement) " My own voice." I didn't even realise they were in as they felt so comfortable!!!
First thing when I got home (after now a very noisy drive home everything seemed so loud and auditable my brain was overwhelmed with car engine that I could nearly hear ..thinking my car was doing so well and sounded so healthy.. the creeks and noises just in my car seemed so loud .. traffic actually sounded ), I opening my door ... to find my young now junior / adult cat had a voice not a quite squeak...
I felt awake ... where had I been all these years in slumber land????
I stopped raising my voice thinking no one can hear me coz I couldn't... basically I accepted the help with out realising and found the difference life changing. Im now ready to conquer the world again.. thank you Hidden hearing especially Samantha in the Maidstone branch....... I never thought I'd be recommending hearing aids... do not hesitate to have a test at least .

Thorough hearing test and Jane was really kind and helpful. She explained each part of the test and gave some great ear care advice.

Alex and Jess were very professional and explained everything clearly on my wax removal appointment. I feel so much better, great to have my hearing back and very much felt that I was in safe and capable hands

I was able to have my annual hearing check-up at home. Jane arrived a little early (no problem) and was so cheerful, helpful and very efficient.

I've been meaning to review this organisation since last year but today I remembered! I visited the Maidstone branch of Hidden Hearing for a hearing test as I knew I had some hearing loss and was prescribed some Oticon 'Behind-the-ears' hearing aids. I was very sceptical about this as I felt I could cope on a day-to-day basis but I did have problems with TV and in crowded areas. When I was eventually persuaded to try them by Darren who was highly professional and a really nice chap to boot I was astonished at the increase in clarity of everything I was hearing. In a word, it was transformational and I've never looked back. The service from HH has been excellent and I would thoroughly recommend them.

The representative, Michael Norris was very patient, explained everything in a way I could understand and the trial was a great experience. I would recommend this company to anyone
