Absolutely brilliant service!
Booked me in, same day, within hours of calling them.
Went to the Broadstairs branch where Rachel took care of me. She was AMAZING! She explained everything perfectly so that I knew what was going on, had a lovely chat whilst carrying out a wax unblock and did a brilliant job of clearing my ears, from which I can now hear perfectly.
For any similar needs I will be returning here without any doubt.

Following a detailed hearing test an in depth discussion about my hearing loss helped me understand why I was having problems and the steps I could take to improve my condition. No hard sell.

My experience with Hidden Hearing Broadstairs was totally faultless. Sandra on reception was extremely polite and dealt with my initial enquiry promptly and efficiently and offered me an appointment within 48 hours , she fully explained how the appointment would proceed . My appointment with Audiologist Sharon was extremely thorough , following a hearing test she was able to fully explain the problems with my hearing and give her expert advice on the types of hearing aids available to me and I was able to try some hearing aids there and then which was extremely helpful . In conclusion I would 100% recommend Hidden Hearing Broadstairs the whole process was completely seamless from the initial call to receiving my new hearing aids .

Customer service paramount & everything explained in detail no rushing just pure professionalism. Couldn't wish for better.

Went today to Broadstairs branch and it was amazing. I can now hear again clearly after a year of having wax build up. I am so happy!

Had ear wax removal yesterday by Rachel Smith at Broadstairs branch. The whole experience from start to finish was excellent. Receptionist was very friendly .
Rachel went through the whole process and explained everything before the treatment.

I went for a aptmt with Sharon at Broadstairs. We discussed my Tinnitus Sharon is going to so a referral to a lady called Fiona at the Chaucer Hospital in Canterbury. I also had a hearing check. Very happy with my aptmt. Also a lovely receptionist.

Fitted us in for a quick appointment. Thorough & efficient examination, friendly/helpful staff. The use of camera identified that wax had dissipated & no removal needed, there was no charge for examination.

I received a very friendly welcome by the Hidden Hearing Ear Care Practioner, Rachel Smith. She was very professional and puts you at ease prior to the treatment with full explanation of the procedure and showing a high level of patient care. Highly recommend.

I went for wax removal and I have to say Rachel the Ear Care Practitioner, explained everything step by step in a caring and professional manner.

She gave good advice and made the whole experience a pain free joy.

Sharon was very informative. She explained all about the ear and how it works. Sharon was honest, not pushy and very kind. Would definitely recommend.

Very friendly and efficient

I visited the Broadstairs clinic & was greeted by Rachel. She was very polite & friendly, making me feel at ease. I went to the clinic not completely sure what I needed, but Rachel examined my ear & let me know I needed a wax removal. She was very helpful & did a great job. Later on that day I started to notice subtle sounds that I hadn't heard for years. 5 stars, would recommend

Very good service and very frendly and polite

I was referred as an NHS patient to Hearbase (now taken over by Hidden Hearing) I have had hearing aids since the beginning of this year and have been back to them At Spencer Wing QEQM Hosp Margate several times at the QEQM and their clinic at Broadstairs. I have basically found it difficult to get used to my hearing aids but the Dr I have seen for wax removal by dry suction and the girls, Sharon, Jenny and recently Chloe have all been first class in assisting me.I attended Broadstairs Clinic yesterday 11/12/24 really only for advice, however Chloe who I saw last at Spencer Wing was there and she fitted shorter tubes which immediately solved my issue and also checked my ears for wax, I wasnt expecting all that and can only thank her,for her excellent treatment of me, advice, support and knowledge, but this really does apply to all of them inc Mr Webster
I recommend them all very highly.
