Pick up & drop off was quick and efficient! I received a brand-new Buick encore GX to rent. Too many new features to count - I wish I would have kept the vehicle longer. The car was super clean and drove smoothly. I would rent from them again - Hoping for a better discount next time :)

I scheduled a car 5 days before pick up. The pick up time was 8 am. I got a phone call at 8am the day of the pick up saying they don't have a vehicle for me. Why would they not have a vehicle when I reserved it 5 days ago? Thank God I was running late and someone turned a vehicle in. It was not what I asked for it was a smaller vehicle but I was not going far. We had to large people and someone else that's why I asked for a bigger vehicle on line. It was very uncomfortable but it got us there and back. I don't understand if I make a reservation ahead of time why they would not have the vehicle I asked for?

The car was nice , clean and updated! It drove well and was comfortable. The staff was friendly and professional. I was overcharged, yet quickly corrected.

The office team was very efficient, friendly, and professional. The car was ready when I arrived, and the process took just a minute or two to get out the door. The return process took same location was equally smooth and quick.

It was disorganized, had few cars, even the car I ordered was not available with only a large 6-seater for me to take. On returning the car, 1 of the computers was broken and the representative had to process my information and return using his cell phone!

The agent was superb. Gave us a great car that gave us top mileage.

No one was in the Williamsburg, VA office when I returned my rental on Monday, June 22. A note was on the door to call one of two phone numbers. I called both and could not get through. After about 15 minutes when I was getting ready to leave, I saw an employee heading for the desk. He had come in through the back door. When I questioned why the office was closed during business hours listed, he said he had to take a customer home. Is this really part of his job duties? Can he leave the office and lock the building when there is not another employee to man the desk to assist customers? Then when my husband told him the tires were most likely illegal and the car had a noticable shimmy, the employee did not even acknowledge his comment. Very poor customer service!

Easy pickup & return. No surprises.

I made a reservation for a Nissan Pathfinder or similar vehicle a month in advance. When I arrived to pick up my rental I was told that they had no large SUV to rent and proceeded to offer me a minivan. I declined their offer because the trip I was taking was best suited for an SUV. Since I have earned a place as a President’s Circle customer I feel that there should have been an effort to have the car I requested a month in advance
