My experience has been great at this location this is my third time renting a car at this location and it has always felt very welcoming from staff and knowledgeable on any questions I may have.

Hertz Whittier has the worst manager in I’ve ever encountered.
Amber insisted that the gas tank was not full. I told her that when I picked up the car from her Associate, David Ziers, the gas tank has 3/4 tank of gas.
I went to the local gas station and filled it up because I did not want to create a scene.
Amber seriously needs to undergo customer service training.
This episode causes me to rethink about renting from Hertz again.
