Ive rented before from this agent..ive made it on line but when I go to rent my vehicle its simple, easy, and the staff is friendly and accommodating.
The check-in and check-out process time has been greatly reduced making this a much more pleasant experience! The online experience was also very easy.

After Ubering and Walking in at pickup time for a vehicle reserved for 2 weeks days prior with a $560.00 deposit already paid and being told there is no vehicle available as well as the proper way to receive my refund is to call a different one eight hundred number and explain that there was no vehicle for me on my arrival three times before being told my money would be refunded within 7-10 business days.
There was no explanation, no apology, only the statement that insurance claims are prioritized and I should have received a call from a manager before I got there (the only missed call I had was a Florida number with no voicemail). Not only that, the employee advised that anyone on his piece of paper had a reservation for today but if they were highlighted they would not have a vehicle available, there were at least a dozen highlighted lines on that piece of paper.
Coming to the end of my two week vacation I had intended to use their rental car for and I still do not have my money refunded.

Great staff
Ive rented before from this agent..ive made it on line but when I go to rent my vehicle its simple, easy, and the staff is friendly and accommodating.

Much quicker check-in and checkout
The check-in and check-out process time has been greatly reduced making this a much more pleasant experience! The online experience was also very easy.

Terrible
Terrible. Took reservation for a type of car that you do not carry in that location. Took a very long time to check out. Vehicle was not clean and had mechanical issues with the trunk.
