It was an easy process
It was an easy process. Made a reservation online, came in on the day to pick up the car. I would say it took may 10-15 minutes, maybe even less.

Service was very slow
Service was very slow. Then they didn’t recognize the quote that I had from Hertz, actually they never did.
I OK’d a slightly higher charge so I could get the rental. I added to add another day to the rental as my ride to/from the rental wasn’t going to be available on the return date. They said that extra day was $100 when the rate was clearly $60.
The car was dirty, lots of bugs and a dirty windshield. Not happy with this rental.

Our retirement tour
It was a very good experience, I was able to get the model I wanted. It was a 2026 Nissan Rogue, We rent a car rather than put the miles on our own car.
We put almost 10k miles over a 33 day road trip across the US. The car performed perfectly. The check in and check out went smoothly. The staff was very helpful, a pleasure doing business.
