Car was neat and clean but the service provided was not nice. People at the store are not great in customer service it was bot welcoming. Its makes customers to not go back again

Easy pickup. But SUV did not have satellite radio and my rental agreement stated it did have it. Back of SUV was very dirty, was covered in sand.

Easy pickup
Easy pickup. But SUV did not have satellite radio and my rental agreement stated it did have it. Back of SUV was very dirty, was covered in sand.

That the car you're renting is clean inside and out
Wasn't great but was good they gave me a vehicle that was dirty and was returning it was told it smelled like smoke and I don't smoke so it would be helpful if they checked the car each time it is returned and cleaned them after each use
