Since i had paid ahead, the paperwork was complete and ready to go. The young man checked the car and advised that it had a 'smoke" smell so traded cars immediately. Good job overall!
They guy who taken care of me was such a nice person he didn’t lag much he said he is a regional manager done things so fast didn’t ask any unnecessary questions thank you sir

Had an incident coming home when I finally got to the a return spot. I was trying to talk to the guy about what happened. And he just lost it very rude. I'll never rent from you guys again.
