Unacceptable!
Charles Christopher did a great job making this rental happen. He found an available vehicle. That being said, I created my reservation almost a week in advance only to have the local office call me 5 hours before my pick-up to tell me to call them back in 4 hours because they didn't have any vehicle available. It cost me time and money. The price of my rental increased and I had to go nearly 20 miles out of the way to get a vehicle. That is unacceptable! I chose that particular location for a reason. And they failed at their job!
