I received an extremely dirty car that only had 1/4 tank of fuel. I went back in to complain and it was the only car available so she told me to return it with just 1/4 tank. I drove around a dirty car, returned it at 1/4 tank, then look at my receipt and was charged for a full tank of gas!

I rely on and trust Hertz for whenever I need a rental car. I’ve never had an issue that they didn’t resolve to my satisfaction.
