Hertz gave good customer service
Hertz gave good rent-a-car value, as I am a Hertz Gold Member (formally Avis for decades, until rates became way too expensive even for the same car).
My rental had a slow tire leak from the beginning which caused great inconvenience until I finally got it repaired.
Also, on my return, Hertz charged me $75 for "outside cleaning" which was a unexpected surprise, especially since the car was not washed at pickup (would have delayed our trip so I waived it).
However, everything was resolved satisfactorily as I spoke to a Hertz Customer Satisfaction Representative and they reversed the $75 charge and reimbursed me for the tire repair, thereby retaining me as a Hertz customer.

Little disappointed
For my experience
The manager I believe his name Leo he is very nice and have great attitude
But
The person who received the car from me he had very bad attitude. I try to be nice with him, but I think he has a bad day even I give back the car early morning , other than that everything is nice.
