The pick up was great. Hertz staff was very knowledgeable about the van I rented when asked about space. Dropping off the Van was easy and quick. I definitely will be using them next time.
Lack of customer service, lack of cars. I am a high rated user but haven’t seen any perks. I need a car next weekend but with my resent experiences, I might look at Enterprise or the one site where yo... Leggi di più

Rockstar Location!
This team is always so amazing! Brooke has always been on point with any help and holds onto anything I may have left in the rental (which has been more than once 😬).
The Customer Service is on point even when there is a long line waiting.
They definitely need a ‘car wash runner’ so they can stay at the counter instead of running out to grab cars and bring them back.
