Vehicle was dirty
Vehicle was dirty, had a low tire indicator, and 66 miles of fuel in the tank. We brought it back to exchange (the team was extremely nice and worked hard to sort it out). I returned the vehicle with 1/4 tank MORE fuel than what we had when we took the vehicle and was charged an additional $5.18. I am not going to rent from you again.

Kean Street Hertz location is excellent
The people were awesome. J. Carter was on top of everything, had our vehicle ready to go and got everything done in 10 minutes or less. She was friendly and knew the area very well. It was an excellent experience and we got the exact vehicle we requested. Highly recommend the Kean Street location in Dearborn.
