The guy in the garage was great. The guy at the desk was not friendly

Car was so dirty and the rate on line was not the same that they made us pay

Great car with good gas mileage. The location for pickup was convenient and easy to drop off.

did not like the fact that i was charged a gas charge that i did not use.

The front desk staff working the morning i picked it up (Sep. 3 at 8 am) were SO incredibly helpful and kind, especially because I told them it was my first time renting a car so I didn't really know everything it entailed. They made me feel safe and comfortable and ready to go! Then, when I dropped the car off the next morning around 11 am, the man working the drop off area in the garage was just as kind and helpful as the other staff members! I was flustered and immediately rattling off questions of if I have to know the miles and what not- he smiled and said "Well for starters, how was your day?". He told me I was all set and the process couldn't have been smoother. I will 100% be returning to this location!

Overall I have gotten good experience from this location. One thing I would like to see more is the free upgrade for presidential circle members. I don’t think I ever gotten one.

Minimal line - very helpful staff. Easy in and out

Car was late hours after being told numerous times it was coming. Car was dirty. Had 3/4 of a tank and was charged for a full tank when we dropped it off. Manager was rude

Very convenient location, friendly staff and good choices.

I paid gas fee for Hertz. when I picked up the car, the tank was only half. I paid fuel to gas station. Then I submitted request a reimbursement for fuel fee (with gas station's receipt) to Verify at Hertz.com. It's been a week, but still no reply....

Prompt service. I arrived earlier than originally expected but they were able to accommodate and got me out fairly quickly. Car was clean. Had no issues with the car. Returned at O’Hare airport was really quick.
