I arrived at the Albany Int. Airport on October 16th, my ride was unable to pick me up. I went to the Hertz counter for a car rental for the week of October 16th - October 20th, the attendant quoted me the price (over $1000.00) I stated that was a little steep. The attendant guided me on the right direction which was a hertz location on Central Ave. Albany the rental although much cheaper there was a bump on the road I was charged for 2 rentals even though I am only one person and I'm still waiting for this to be corrected so make sure you're not being taken for a ride.

Routine business rental
I routinely rent from Hertz for business trips. They are conveniently located and the service is generally very good. This particular experience when I arrive the car was already and parked in front. The rental return process was also very good. I just handed them the keys and they said they would email me the final bill.

Great customer service. Marcus and the crew are polite and attentive. Rental car companies all have the same cars; I stick with Hertz on Central Ave. in Albany because of the people.
