Great service provided at the store. I went in for trail running shoes, the range in store was somewhat limited for the style/tread I was after. Angie from the shoe dept was very helpful and managed to find a perfect fit for my needs.

Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable members of staff.
I visited the store looking to be kitted out for an upcoming trip up Snowdon. There were staff about - smiling and approachable and ready to help - when you wanted it. Two young girls gave me good advice on what items of clothing I needed. I got to the till to be served by another friendly member of staff - Jan. Nothing too much trouble - didn't rush me. Renewed my membership for me. The experience was so good that I returned 2 days later to buy further purchases and was served by Jan again :-)

Very helpful staff
I went to the Kidderminster store to buy a new tent and some camping accessories, we couldn’t find some items but Dave R from the fishing department searched the stockroom and we came away with everything we needed, very helpful staff

Wonderful staff
Everything was easy to locate and well stocked and the changing rooms were available and in good condition. I was served by an employee called Dave in the Kidderminster branch and he was such an approachable, friendly member of staff, and it was delightful to be served by him, truly an asset to the company.

As always, it's the staff that makes a shopping experience, and, in my case,on Bank Holiday Monday, it was a lady called Kaz, who, despite being under pressure, dealing with several customers at once, was friendly and happy to advise me on a pair of walking shoes in some detail.
