Well what can I say walked in the store with an hour to go and the way I was greeted was like I was the first customer of the morning. The manager and staff were so welcoming and helpful, fully recommend the store and the staff amazing, they made me feel valued and nothing was too much trouble. Great advice as well to ensure I made the right purchase for my needs. Very knowledgeable.

The staff in go outdoors Alnwick were…so helpful and kind.
The staff in go outdoors Alnwick were extremely friendly,helpful and knowledgeable about what product I required for my awning. They were so kind especially Sam and they made it so we could carry on with our holiday . Great customer service.

No nonsense, helpful staff with great knowledge

Ordered bike early wed morning still…
Ordered bike early wed morning still hasn't arrived now Sunday the following week!
No updates no tracking!
Phoned courier company who have passed on to a third party! Without telling me!
Phoned them who said on the island Friday no communication?
Phoned gooutdoors customer service waiting 30mins didn't know anything about third company!
Was going to look into it. said if they can phone me back as fed up waiting No call!
Got email saying courier not answering phone!
No follow up next day!
Great service!!!!
Don't know why I'm bothering writing this nothing is going to happen!!!
Just hope I'm happy with the bike and no damage!!!

We are sorry to hear that your order has taken longer to arrive than expected. We appreciate how frustrating it is when you are waiting for products and do not receive them within the expected timeframe.
We do use a specialist delivery service for items that are particularly large or heavy, as detailed on our website, and we can see that the bike has now been received. Due to the delay a refund has been issued for the delivery cost. Please allow 3-5 working days for this to show in your account.

The driveaway awning I bought was…
The driveaway awning I bought was faulty. I couldn't use it and it spoilt my holiday weekend.
Staff were understanding and I got a full refund which was good.

I forgot my Garmin cable on holiday. I tried to buy and collect it at Go Outdoors Alnwick. Unluckily it did not arrive in time and I had to travel further. The staff was very helpful in cancelling my order.

Marie was awesome and sourced another pair of diving boots from another store and get them to hold them.
This was such a help and came without request when she overheard our child upset that they couldn’t get a pair.
