It lasted from 11 am to 5 pm EXCITED, with the idea that I would take that car because the seller SANTIAGO DEL HOYO informed me that THAT WOULD BE MY FINAL PRICE! I was excited all day, I lost my day at work and my partner's, also spending 6 hours, changing the car insurance, doing EVERYTHING, so that after signing they told us that HIS DOWN PAYMENT CHANGED. PLEASE, the seller DOES NOT ILLUSION THE PERSON. If you as a buyer come with a need, do not TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THAT, be honest and say THAT THAT IS NOT THE FINAL PRICE, first we must run the credit. IT'S SOMETHING THAT my partner and I DIDN'T KNOW and they excited us all day. If you want to sell more cars, make sure you give the INFORMATION AS IT IS AND THE STEP BY STEP OF THE CAR BUY PROCESS. Why is what they leave behind not a good experience? For me, they are one more of all the dealers who inspire, they do everything possible so that you know the money where you don't have it and pay for the car. It seems that it is a technique to be able to sell whatever. IT IS NOT HONEST.

Horrible experience I would not recommend anyone here. I bought a car 6 months ago and it’s been a nightmare. With in the first week it broke down. The car is a lemon. My ac gave out I need a new engine a new catalytic converter a new cam shaft cam sensor a new gasket thermostat housing. Buyer beware.

There was one lady there she was so amazing and I remember don't her name Hope she's with you a long time I was ready to walk out and not get a car if she didn't step in and take over from the person that was helping me that's for contacting me it was a long day in Orlando 6 hours but it's all done now thanks to that lady behind the big desk by the glass office.

Before buying a car here, pay very careful attention to the mileage. They will sell you a car that is coming up to have major repair work needed for wear and tear - like shocks, sway bars for example. They will then sell you the most expensive warranty saying it handles all major repairs that will save you alot of money moving forward. Be warned - the warranty does NOT cover 'normal wear and tear'. So unless you abusing your newly purchased vehicle, this warranty is next to worthless as nothing that comes up will be covered. You just wasted money on a warranty that only adds to your loan. Of course they have the 3 day return policy or even the 30 day. I can't think of very much on a car that can be 'covered up' to last that long. To end this - be prepared to buy a car that will require thousands in 'wear and tear' with less than 3/4 year of ownership. If you do not buy the warranty, this might be worth it. If you do buy it - be prepared to get kicked where the sun don't shine.

I was looking for a car as a necessity because my other car breakdown and as a mother and a full time employee, car is a necessity more than nothing. I went to another dealership before DriveTime and they was asking me $4,000 down for a 2010 SUV that was on sale for $10,990. I went back home and I start looking on Google the dealers near by my house and after fill out an application, DriveTime website provide me with around 85 $0 down payment options. I was able to test drive the 2 options that I selected on the website and get out of the dealer driving my 2018 SUV. Thanks to Mr.Santiago at Kissimmee, FL location for his help.

Bought my 3rd car there and everything went smoothly 3 times. Low fees compared with others and 30 days warranty is also helpful. I had one car with a broken airco with one car and it got fixed without any costs for me. Nicky helped me last time and really professional and helpful
