Great service from Allan and his team ver sweet and kind I love them so much

Check engine light came on within 10 hrs of me purchasing the car . Driving my kids to school the speed started to reduce. Across the dashboard it stated service transmission. I’m lost for words and were sold a lemon car and now have to wait for a paper check for my refund which can take 7 days . I was advise they could only put me into something I didn’t won’t to drive a ford fusion with 94000 miles on it . Bad horrible experience

At the first location Tallahassee that I went to I didn’t see any vehicles that I was interested in but then the GM Carlos found a vehicle that I saw online and helped me reserve it at the Jacksonville Cassat location. I arrived at the Cassat location and the GM Jonathan was great. He was friendly with a nice attitude. Did a vehicle check with Shaun and he went over all the paperwork with me. I signed and drove away happy. Very nice experience with awesome people!

Fast service friendly, very helful

I purchased a car Monday of last week. I was very pleased with my purchase. However, on Thursday of last week a saw a suv that I originally wanted. Drivetime allowed me to bring the first vehicle back with no hassle and I got the truck I always wanted with lower payments. They made my day!!

I purchased a Two thousand twenty kia rio and did not receive a key fob With the vehicle, I cannot set the alarm on my car.They offered me no assistance.In fact they told me.I would have to purchase one on my own.I feel that is absolutely ridiculousince I cannot set my alarm without a key fob I feel that that is poor customer service and even poor customer relations.I wouldn't ever go there again.I wouldn't advise you to.

Finally have car Back Check engine light stayed off . Until night time Costumer relations not so friendly. The Malibu I have must have Major problems. Bradley @cassat Avenue never told me I could bring car back in Five Days he only mentioned Warranty. I did not read paper right off either. my mistake on that part. Silver rock a hot mess I'm just not liking the idea my Car was gone for three weeks. Now I have to find out what's wrong with it. I cant afford Three weeks i have kids and a Life.

Seamless from start to finish!

The agent was very polite and professional. He made me feel very comfortable and we even shared a chuckle or two. I am nearly 72 years old and it was very refreshing to meet and deal with someone who was so polite and respectful as Marcel Willis.

Everyone there was helpful, friendly, and attentive from the moment my family and I walked into the building. We stayed until closing and never felt rushed. Also, we found the perfect car.

It was great that Jonathan was honest with me as I contemplated which vehicle to purchase. He was friendly and knowledgeable. Jennifer and Tony were excellent reps to work with as well.

This was the best car buying experience ever! The customer service was out of this world!! Brad and Chevy are the best of the best!!! Everyone there was great! Hands down the best dealership around!!

VERY UPSET WITH THIS COMPANY! -RED FLAGS WAIVING-**BUYER BEWARE** Just bought a small SUV from them less than 3 months ago, immediately started having trouble with car, started smelling burning smell, and A/C started to not work (intermittently) called them about it, they told me that I would need to go thru my extended warranty and one of their "in network repair shops" which that extended warranty cost me **thousands of dollars** extra on top of the over-priced payment the stuck me for due to my not perfect credit... But went to a mechanic, was told its a valve cover gasket leak, and oil has been dripping on engine for quite awhile due to amount of oil spilled out in engine compartment. Was told it was a fire hazzard- may combust at any time- and is in dire need of repair! Than= was called back said my extended warranty will not cover any of it and will cost me almost $900 to fix out of my own pocket! WHAT@#$%$^??? I was sold this vehicle in this condition!!!!! Isnt there a LEMON LAW??? This isnt the 1st time I've heard stories like this about this company, I will be telling everyone I know and whom I do not, **TO NOT GO TO DRIVE TIME to get dupped the same way I am** The EXACT Dealer I went to was=

I took my son to into the Jacksonville, FL location to buy his first car. I asked the salesperson to fill the gas tank during this experience and we got nothing but the run around. You're telling me that after spending thousands of dollars we couldn't get them to give us a tank of gas??? Wow, what a way to ruin the experience considering that we've purchased two cars from Drive time.

The thing that made my experience great was Marcel worked with me and got me in my Nissan Rogue overly love it so much, I am really enjoying it!! I would definitely recommend anybody to Drive Time. Marcel made the process really fast and easy, he did a wonderful job!!

The Sales Representative names Bradley really made the experience for me!! He was very pleasant, patient, and professional. I was scared walking into the door but he made the whole process easy. I would highly recommend him to anyone I know

I can not say enough about the Cassett Avenue location!!! Marcel is THE MOST honest , kindest person ! He made my car buying experience so easy ! From trade in and all ! There was no issues at all ! The most easiest transaction and so clear purchase I have ever made ! Mrs Jennifer was so kind as well ! Honestly hands down I don’t think you could ask for a better team at the cassett location !
