DO NOT BUY FROM DRIVETIME!! Total lemons hidden under a car wash! They DO NOT do an inspection on the vehicles before sale! My strut went out 4 days after sale and the mechanic said…any BLIND mechanic would have seen that issue! They will not refund my 10,000$ down payment so I’m stuck with a lemon!! SNAKES!!!!

Very quick and painless. Rebecca Wright was kind,courteous.and knowledgeable got me in and out quickly . Next time I need a vehicle DT will be my first choice

Our household purchased 2 vehicles from them and both left us stranded, required costly maintenance and replacement parts to run. The vehicles were "lemons" and we will never purchase another car from them ever again. Customer service is NOT helpful and the warranty does nothing to help with parts that need replacing due to high mileage. 1 of the vehicles had NO OIL when we drove it off the lot after purchasing it and it had an active recall with Kia. Drive Time does NOT care if they sell you a broken car and that's the bottom line. They will not help you get it fixed, they have no empathy for the situation of purchasing a "lemon" from them and getting left stranded, all they want is a payment and that's it. I usually give the benefit of the doubt when I received bad service but in this case, NEVER AGAIN!!!

So, I've bought plenty of cars in my life always took all day! When I was there Friday it took me about 45 min. Don't get me wrong I was happy. Except, when I got home my bf noticed the front bumper hanging off on both sides. I called drivetime and the manager Carlos said bring the car back and get something else.i asked you guys can't just fix it? He said "nope". Do I will never buy a care from drivetime. They wouldn't even put me gas. 😞
