Online selection, ordering & payment was fairly easy. Item was available next day for collection. Collection process was easy.

The sales person was really helpful! Helped me secure a bargain, very knowledgeable and knew their stuff. Can’t remember their name sadly.

We bought a TV online. It wasn’t what we wanted when it arrived as we wanted it to be flat to the wall and this wasn’t as flat as we thought it would be so we tried to return it to our local store in Wrexham. They were very awkward with us and told us that once we have purchased an item it is no longer the item and cannot be returned. The woman behind the counter was quite obnoxious to be fair spouting her facts cribsheet fashion. It was only when we said well we didn’t buy it in the store. It came online that she changed her tune apparently if you buy something online it can be returned back to the shop. It was a shock to us to realise that things we’ve bought in curries will not returnable. We did try to return a television wall fixture which they would not take back so all in all even though yes Currys can be good for the odd thing that episode was quite disgusting. We had also recently been into curries to look at a new washing machine telling the salesman on the washing machine department that the long plastic things inside the drum I’ve all dropped out but the machine is about three years old so we understand that the machine can’t be changed. Can we buy such things. The answer was no, I’m afraid you’ll have to buy a new machine. We were quite alone at this. We’ve just paid hundreds of pounds out for this lovely machine and the fins inside the drum have dropped off altogether at the same time ripping our clothing. Since then I’ve looked online and these fins for all the washing machines are openly available to buy online from the actual makers of whatever washing machine they’ve dropped out of. So I’d say curries start to get your facts straight, maybe train your sales people.

Ordered online for collection. Told 2 days, but it was ready for collection after just one day. Apart from someone jumping in front of me, I was dealt with efficiently and friendly by staff.

Made an in-store decision to purchase a Vax carpet washer. An operator, Harvey, I had chatted to earlier attended to me and was helpful in confirming my decision, taking my purchase details and loading my car.
I have now used the washer and found it a huge improvement on my previous two Vax carpet washers

It was a replacement TV as Know How could not repair it in the time allowed. We had a gift voucher. The counter staff knew all about it and told us to chose a TV. The TV techie was brillant and helped us choose a similar TV. He was easy to talk to and explained what the TVs could do. He organised the delivery for the next day and explained how to set up the TV . We are octogenarians and find modern technology difficult. The TV arrived and we set it ourselves. Thank you so much Currys and all the staff who helped.

I ordered a new printer and it arrived the next day, free postage and the best price. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Curry's for everything electrical and shall certainly be going back whenever I need anything.
