First Class Business Service
Over the years, I have developed an excellent relationship with the Business Team at my local Currys, who supply many of the white goods and electrical appliances we require for our properties.
I now know, and am known by, the whole team, and the level of service is consistently first class regardless of who I deal with. They understand our business, are knowledgeable about the products, and always make the process of purchasing and arranging what we need straightforward and efficient.
It is particularly reassuring as a business customer to have a local team that you can rely upon and who genuinely value the ongoing relationship.
Excellent customer service, knowledgeable staff and a team I am always happy to return to. Highly recommended.

We purchased Samsung TV and soundbar
We purchased Samsung TV and soundbar, to be delivered, soundbar out of stock but available in other stores so we have to pick it up when it comes in, really not good enough, feel Curry's should have sourced it from whatever store it was available

Bolts didn't fit back of the tv had to buy elsewhere at a cost of £15.oo pound and was ment to be a one for all bracket very disappointed 😕

The young lady that served us was very polite helpful and keen to help us.
She went through our options and answered all the questions asked.
We were pleasantly surprised that we went in on the Friday and told our oven will be delivered by the Sunday, which it was and put in, in quick time we paid to have the old oven taken away which they did and my kitchen was as clean as when they started

A Good Experience
Ordering was easy and communication was good.
I arrived in store and within minutes my ordered product was available for me. A store operative ferried it to my vehicle and loaded it for me.
All in all, a good experience.

Please do not take out Currys Care Plan…
Please do not take out Currys Care Plan as it’s a SCAM and when purchased it as a add on, when something goes wrong they try to play the manufacturer warranty card, when companies like SMEG won’t deal with Currys customers as the appliance and Care Plan are purchased through Currys. Currys have now been given 7 days to stop Court Action. My Brother and I were told that Care plan was mis sold to him!
