Was kept informed when delivery would be. I had a phone call saying they would be here in 20 mins. They took old fridge freezer away and delivered new one without any hassle. Thank you

When I went into the shop the staff were very welcoming and the guy that sorted out my purchase was brilliant..he gave me all the information regarding guarantee wasn't pushy at all, very professional I definitely will use currys again and I will tell people I know how good they are..

Made a special trip over this morning to buy a new SIM free Motorola phone from the Sutton Coldfield Currys, which I desperately need as my current phone is on its last legs; literally just my willpower - and a couple of strategically placed rubber bands - are holding it together!

Was surprised that there’s no Carphone Warehouse counter within the store, which was listed on this location’s website; but oh well, never mind. Tried to get the attention of multiple members of staff who all seemed to be working hard to ignore me. It was extremely quiet in store, so I’m not sure what the issue was. I’m AuDHD, so perhaps I missed that you’re supposed to book a time slot or pre-arrange an appointment to be helped?

After waiting nearly half an hour, and being told to ask someone else by multiple staff, I was eventually able to catch the attention of a staff member who asked me what I wanted. I explained the phone I was interested in wasn’t on display, and asked if it was possible to order it in; she looked it up and said they don’t stock that anymore, then immediately turned on her heel and walked off before I could ask for other recommendations! I had a whole list of alternative models I was prepared to consider, but she just abruptly left me standing there, mid sentence. Maybe because the model I was interested in purchasing is considered too low for a decent commission (£350) I wasn’t calculated as being worth the trouble? Idk…

Now I’m having something of an existential crisis, because I don’t understand why they were so reluctant to sell me a phone, yet seemingly appeared attentive to the two other customers in the store. I’m starting to think that I’ve got a giant neon sign flashing above my head identifying me as neurodivergent, as the staff clearly took against me for some reason. I’m socially anxious at the best of times, and didn’t want to physically tackle a staff member to the ground to force them into helping me (just joking!), so I left somewhat dejected.

I really don’t fancy putting myself through that awkward experience again, so there won’t be any further trips to Currys in my future; for some reason I’m apparently just not their target demographic. Going to order my phone from Argos or Motorola UK instead. Fingers crossed my aged phone hangs in there until then!

As soon as I walked into the shop I was greeted and asked if they could help. Then was directed to the desk to pick up my order. Very polite and helpful staff.

Very helpful as I know nothing about these new phones, I wasn't rushed.

As soon as we arrived at curry’s in princess Alice park we were met by a gentleman whose name I did not see . He was on the ball straight away and directed us to Jordan who was exceptional and knew a lot about washing machines which helped us make our choice. The machine came on the day I requested and I was kept informed at all times. Nawzad and his colleague .. I’m sorry I didn’t catch his name were again polite and extremely helpful… such nice gentlemen. The whole experience from all 4 of them was brilliant . A credit to your company

Although the gas cookers I was looking for were not in the shop ,with the kind help from an assistant he found a product that was suitable to meet my requirement.

If I could give a zero for Customer Service I would.. I have now shopped at this store twice and both times have had severe problems with their Customer Service. First time I bought a washing machine and paid extra money to have the new machine fitted and Old machine removed. The washing machine was not fitted correctly and had to pay someone to come and fit it properly and then also they did not pick up the old washing machine which cost £50 to remove. Three attempts later they picked it up.

The second time I bought an oral B io 10 which I then found cheaper at Boots. I used the Web chat as advised to get the Price match guarantee. It took me four attempts, each taking a good 20 minutes to try and explain why I was contacting them. On all. 4 occasions the Web assistant either did not reply or on the final attempt said they could not find the store on the Web link I sent them! How difficult is it to contact another High Street/Online store?

Will never be Shopping here again and would not recommend anyone to purchase from this store

item not delivered to store on day stated everytime i contavted them proceeded to tell me it was being delivered the next day - refused to cancel because it hadn't been delivered yet

Wanted to buy a washing machine. I was approached on the shop floor by a young man named Edward. After much deliberation I decided which machine I wanted. With Edwards help I managed to download a voucher off my phone, I am not very good with technology but he was patient and helpful. Edward was efficient, informative, friendly, polite and not pushy.

The service was fast and efficient and the person that served me was professional
