⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Service from Abeer at Currys!

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Currys, thanks to Abeer, who went above and beyond to help me purchase a range of appliances for my new home.

From start to finish, Abeer was incredibly helpful, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. She took the time to understand exactly what I needed, guided me through the different options, answered all my questions and made the entire process feel smooth, stress-free and enjoyable. Purchasing multiple appliances can feel quite overwhelming, but Abeer made everything so much easier with her patience, expertise and genuine willingness to help.

What really stood out was her outstanding customer service and the care she showed throughout the whole experience. She never made me feel rushed and ensured I was happy and confident with my choices every step of the way.

Abeer is a real credit to Currys, and employees like her are what make the difference between good service and truly exceptional service. I cannot thank her enough for all her help and support in getting my new home sorted.

Your store staff (3 different people) insisted without checking that the microwave would be fine in a cupboard with 10cm space either side and above it. I asked them to check and they said it was fine. I opened the installation instructions and it said minimum requirement was 20cm either side and 30cm above. I brought it back and they initially said I could not return as had opened the box even though it was sealed and all I’d done is look at the manual not removed the product from the box. They reluctantly allowed the return of the unused, still in box product then deducted my trash for cash voucher from the return refund so that I was losing £5. I asked for the replacement TfC voucher and they declined so that I was £5 worse off (as they refunded full price less £5). Eventually very grudgingly they replaced the TfC voucher (which I’d got in return for my old microwave and note had not been spent).
So overconfident sales without checking product requirements, grudging return prices and lack of understanding of own processes. Disappointing.

I ordered in store and I had to encourage the staff member to have a conversation regarding a good cooker. The staff member was not overly enthused to sell me a cooker so I had to ask all the questions to encourage what would be best. After a while they warmed up to help me decide and I purchased, maybe it was just one of those days. The delivery team welllllllll that was a different thing. Charlie and Paul are an asset to the company, informative of everything from snow boarding to carbon monoxide poisoning and life skills. This duo was efficient, pleasant and kept me upto speed on what they were doing and why. I learned about picturesque sunsets and the length it takes to measure the gas piping to test it. Great team

Competitive pricing. Range of colours and delivery options. Prompt delivery (ie, within an hour at my nearest store).

I exchange a printer for another brand and there was no fuss and transaction went smoothly.

Customer service advisor was very helpful with assisting me.

They were more keen to sell me something more than Waitrose and were prepared for my questions. The s as led women was sitting that suggested she was busy but eventually talked to me.

My recommendations would be to ask for Hetal when purchasing a product at currys and having your washing machine delivered and installed by Ash and his colleague .

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Currys PC World.

I dropped off my laptop for repair on 26 September 2026, relying on the company's advertised 7-day repair promise. However, after more than two weeks of waiting, I was informed on 11 October 2026 that the laptop had been written off and a voucher would be issued instead.

Throughout this process, both the in-store staff and telephone customer service team were unhelpful and unable to provide clear updates or an acceptable resolution. I repeatedly had to chase for information and received very little support.

The issue was only resolved after I escalated my complaint to senior members of the customer service team, who then arranged for a voucher to be issued so that I could purchase a replacement laptop.

Overall, this was a very frustrating experience. The repair promise was not met, communication was poor, and the level of customer service fell well below expectations. I would not expect to have to escalate a straightforward repair case to senior management just to receive a resolution.

The worst customer service when going into the store I try and avoid collect. Staff will ignore you or they will take forever with the customer before you. The only one guy that was completely different was the one guy who noticed I had been waiting for over ten mins and served me should have got his name but the rest total useless

I bought a tv with the staff’s recommendation based on realistic point of view. Lee has been so helpful to guide, balance the budget and provide details and specs. He is knowledgeable and has a good skillset on selling (not just to sell but to find the right product for the customer). Give him a raise and promotion!

The Lady assistant helped put my appliance together and brought it to my car. (carpet shampoo machine)
She made my shopping experience pleasurable.
She was very well mannered and kind.
Being a little older with health issues, it really made a difference to my shopping experience.
It has encouraged me to buy from currys again.

Terrible customer service in store, no customers, empty shop, long que. I asked a member of staff is they put put anyone else on the collect til, the lady was rude and su missive, didn't even take the time to turn around and explain why they would not help reduce the que. I was not well enough to stand that long and had to sit down. Another member of staff barked at me that if I had to wait for them to take things out to the car park then that was the policy. I will not come back to Staples corner Curry's again. Took a video of the other staff stationed in areas not dealing with customers looking at their phones, the refund person guy who barked and dismissed me was aggressive in his approach. I feel let down, online services are supposed to improve wait times etc, it did not work on this occasion. If you would like the video please let me know.
