We are very happy with the fridge freezer and the service thank you.

Appalling customer service. No staff appearance and when I managed to find a member of staff lack of knowledge and experience. It was awful the young gentleman who served us had lack of training which wasn’t his fault. I expect more professional service from Currys as have bought appliances for many years

Theresa in the Orpington branch of Currys is fantastic. Her knowledge and personality goes along way

I simply asked a member of staff for what I wanted, in this case it was the Dyson air brush, they went to the store room to get iit, we went to the till, the guy talked me through the insurance cover, in easy to understand terms, I paid for my items and off I went, pleased as punch and confident in my purchase, brilliant.

Ordered item to be picked up in store.
Got an email from the delivery co on the expected date, asking me to rate their delivery.
No 'ready for collection' email from Currys, chased it the next day, and both chatbot and subsequent webchat were a waste of time.
Chatbot kept replying with 'good news the order has been confirmed'.
Webchat told me I couldn't cancel for a refund, as the order had progressed too far

I bought a monitor online, picked it up in-store, and decided to return it. Your website's return flow told me to take it back to the store. When I did, the staff refused to accept it. The store manager, Raj, had an assistant check the online system with me, and the website directed him to do the exact same thing: return it to the store. Even after seeing this, they still wouldn’t take it, so I had to carry it back home.
Customer service on the phone finally issued a return label, but the website's conflicting information completely wasted my time. I was going to buy another monitor here, but this unwelcome experience changed my mind. Giving customers the option to print a label from the start would avoid all of this hassle.

I originally purchased a built-in cooker but realised my mistake as I needed a freestanding. I received an immediate refund, and some days later i purchased a freestanding cooker in the Orpington store. I was served by Linda, who was friendly, thorough and efficient, and my transaction was completed to my total satisfaction.

She was patient and knowledgeble about the various brands. I hope I have ended up with the right one. (It isn't delivered yet, )

Currys team came to install new dishwasher and take away the old one, but said there were technical difficulties with the installation and did not do it. Fact is that one previous team had said they can do it but the only problem was that the product was not a sliding hinge type. So we went to the store and book a sliding hinge type. This time the team didn't seem like they wanted to make any effort at installation. We still haven't got a refund of £689. In the future we may employ a handyman who in fact had a look and said he can do it easily

Purchased new laptop.
Data transfer was not completed ptoperly first time - but at second time of calling at store it was transferred successfully .
Great patience with me an obvious layman

Had empty box and waited ages for goods tobe found. Contents of box all taped up which made me think this could have been a return or ex display. Made it very clear I wanted a sealed box. Only when we went to walk away were we told it could be ordered.
When we collected it the staff member was uncommunicative uninterested and had to be pushed to be helpful.

Bought a Philips Iron for the wife yesterday. She said she preferred Tefal. I went to return it and the man said, he could not put refund through as the protection plan had not pooled on their systems. He was vey helpful, but suggested I Come back tomorrow and say it is not working. I did not want to lie, but today the assistant Theresa was extreemly rude and argued with me, saying that if the box had been opened, they could not accept it back. I should have just lied. Very poor customer service

I already had a vax vacuum cleaner and knew more or less I wanted the upright 3kg1 at £119 but in the store, I saw another one similar but costs £139. There were 5 or 6 assistants around and I asked if someone could come and help me pls. No one was an expert in the vacuum section as it is a small shop and could help. Eventually one bearded assistant reluctantly came but had no idea what the difference was and left me . Not one assistant was busy or tried to just come and smile. I went outside to phone my son at work and back into the store again I asked again for some help and one eventually came and said the £119 was a newer model.I had enough and bought the £119. Back in the car I nearly cancelled the order as my sonhad replied to my text and mentioned Better offer at Argos. I am extremely disappointed with the service
I collected my vacuum cleaner from the store this morning and I accepted the offer of the assistant to bring it to my car outside.

The person who served me was very polite and helped me sort my purchase out. Item was delivered by 2 men who unpacked it for me
