Your customer service assistant was so helpful on both occasions that I met her; during the week then on the Sunday when I returned for her to help me to order the laptop, but it wasn't available in store or online. She was pleasant and courteous. You should be proud of her...

It was easy and simple because the email stated clear instructions on how to to go through the process of collecting an online order in store. Overall service was good.

The curry’s at Madford Nottingham are amazing, the service and staff are great.

The ones at Castle Marina Nottingham are a waste of space, they don’t know what they are doing and fob you off.

The assistant listened to my laptop requirements and info about models I had seen on display in John Lewis (which are no longer available there) and helped me locate a suitable model.
She then fetched it from the warehouse. Payment was straight forward. Job done!

When we went in to buy a fridge freezer they curry's assistant who served us was absolutely lovely, she was cheerful i'm very welcoming.
When the delivery was delivered the two men who delivered it could get it through the front door but could not manoeuvre it into the living room to get to the kitchen, so they went round the back. It couldn't go through the back door so just left it in the garden and told me to ring. Curry's up and get somebody out to get the back door off which would cost us a further £40
We had drizzly rain, so I was not happy. They did not even suggest to take it back too. The warehouse I would give them 0 stars if I was asked to.

Plenty of time, advice and research from the lovely member of staff who served me. Never felt rushed. Also managed to provide some really useful discount information for me.
I have bought goods from Curry’s before and have always been happy with them.

Extremely dissatisfied with £115 Samsung integrated fridge installation – Urgent re-installation required!!!

I am writing to express my total dissatisfaction with the recent installation service for my new Samsung integrated fridge freezer. Paying £115 for an installation, only to end up with such sloppy workmanship, is completely unacceptable.
The quality of the installation is far below standard, with several major issues:
Uneven/Crooked Unit: The fridge was screwed in without being properly leveled and positioned first. As a result, the appliance sits noticeably askew and crooked inside the cabinet.
Protruding Cabinet Door: The cabinet door screws were not adjusted properly before fixing, leaving the outer cabinet door sticking out unnaturally instead of sitting flush.
Improper Door Support & Loose Screws: Because the cabinet door screws were left loose, the entire weight of the wooden door is now hanging off the fridge door runner screws. This is structurally unsound and will eventually damage both the appliance and my kitchen cabinetry.
Could someone from Currys please arrange for a qualified installer to come back as soon as possible to properly align and re-install the entire unit from scratch?
I look forward to your prompt response to get this resolved.

Diane who helped me choose a new t.v was very professional and knowledgeable . She was also very patient as I am an elderly lady. She helped me choose the right t.v for me and my home. She also arranged delivery, installation and taking away of the old one
