Went on their website and found exactly what I wanted it was easy to order also the credit check was easy to do the payments on higher purchase is reasonably affordable then currys text me with all the information about my delivery this only took minutes to do i recommend doing it this way from the comfort of your home

I purchased a new watch. The service was excellent, and I appreciated the online experience. Delivery was equally impressive. Overall, I am very pleased.

My wife and I visited Currys, Milton Keynes on 20th Aug 26. Operator 8 Rajesh assisted us brilliantly and we bought our washing machine there and than. It was delivered and installed the next day. Fantastic service.

Pity about not having the item here in Northampton but we had to go to Milton Keynes and the item was ready at the desk -no hassle at all xx -Good Value too xx

Guy serving us was very informative and knowledgeable gave us a lot of assistance relating to the appliance we were interested in purchasing in every thing we asked he gave us an answer there was no pressure to buy

Unfortunately, my experience with Currys has continued to get worse.

After the original delivery failure, I cancelled my order and requested a refund on 13 August 2026. Today is 24 August 2026, and I am still waiting for my money to be returned.

I also posted my original review on Trustpilot and was asked to make contact with Currys directly regarding my concerns. I did exactly that. I took the time to contact them and explain the situation, but I have received no acknowledgement of my email and no communication whatsoever to explain what they are doing to resolve the matter.

This is extremely frustrating. I have done everything I have been asked to do, yet I am still left chasing Currys for answers and for money that is owed to me.

This is no longer simply an inconvenience. The delay is now causing me financial hardship, as I am out of pocket while waiting for my refund.

I have already been extremely patient throughout this whole situation. My original delivery was cancelled at very short notice despite being confirmed, causing unnecessary travel expenses, a wasted plumber appointment and considerable stress for my family. I then accepted an alternative delivery date, but when I emailed Currys to complain, my complaint was not even acknowledged. I eventually had no choice but to cancel the orders.

I am now left in the position of having cancelled the orders, requested my refund on 13 August, contacted Currys again after being asked to do so through Trustpilot, and yet I still have no acknowledgement, no meaningful update and no refund.

I have been a loyal Currys customer for many years, including making business purchases, and I genuinely expected much better treatment. The store staff in Milton Keynes did try to assist me, but the overall handling by Currys Customer Service has been extremely disappointing.

At this point, I simply want Currys to return the money that I am owed and recognise the financial difficulty this unnecessary delay is causing me.

It is incredibly frustrating to have to repeatedly chase a company for a refund when I have already followed every step requested of me.

Currys has not only lost a long-standing customer, but has also left me dealing with additional financial pressure because of the way this matter has been handled.

I can’t fault on the grounds of service and appliances. Always a pleasure doing business.

I bought a Dyson hoover recently from the store. The product is great but I feel the staff need more training regarding the items being sold. I was also given a hard sell about taking the insurance which I politely declined. The staff member was visibly annoyed by this. I use Currys a lot and while it won’t put me off from buying there this particular experience left me feeling a little flat.

this was very quick delivery and the price was good to and the microwave looks lovely
