Great Service
When purchasing from this store, we came across issues with the monthly payments, etc. However, the staff were very effective and kind throughout the experience and dedicated themselves to helping us right away, whilst ensuring that we were listened to and understood. Benjamin especially provided us with great service and made us feel welcomed at all times! He was very helpful throughout, and at no point did we feel like an annoyance or inconvenience. Thank you very much!

Ordered online
Ordered online, for 1 hr pick up. Got a response in about 15 minutes,nipped down and curry's employee barrowed my scooter to the car. We had a good laugh chatting on the way.

New TV…
I went into curry’s with the intention of purchasing a tv for the bedroom. I didn’t want to pay a lot because I will probably fall asleep whilst watching it. There was a tv that had been marked down but I couldn’t see any of this particular model boxed up, and it wasn’t turned on. I asked a young msn if he had any details about this particular tv. He told me that it was this tv that was for sale. I asked if I could see it working and he hit it connected for me. He was very knowledgeable about the procedures with buying a demonstration tv and the legalities etc. I was not quite sure and to help me make my decision he managed to get me another 10% off of the purchase price .
I needed a bracket to fix this to the wall and again the young man sorted me out . He didn’t bring me the cheapest one but instead sorted me out with the bracket that was the best value for money . A fiver more expensive, but came with free hdmi cables which I would need for installation. I am over the moon with my purchase and regret that I cannot remember the young man’s name so that I can thank him personally .

Avoid like the plague, selling used products as new
Purchased what I thought and what was described as a NEW Apple IPhone, paid the full new retail price of £1099, it was only later when I got home to find a small sticker on the box stating “opened to show customer’ the phone looked perfect so thought nothing more, however warranty showed the phone had already been activated 4 months earlier , as such the phone wasn’t actually new and had been used, Apple confirmed activation date, Curry’s Customer service just keep saying the branch manager at Sheffield Meadowhall shopping centre would contact me to sort it, nothing, no call despite several calls to customer service. BE AWARE CURRYS ARE SELLING USED ITEMS AS NEW, them doing nothing to sort the problem when discovered. AVOID AVOID AVOID

as of 26th September still no contact, even though also now contacted via the email as directed below

When I bought my tv I was supposed to…
When I bought my tv I was supposed to get £100 cash back but every time the sales tried to put it through the till it would not work .
