Curry’s Livingston:- the girl behind repairs/technical desk was Super helpful trying to facilitate the purchase of a clearance item at the Braehead branch. Unfortunately over a period of two days Braehead consistently failed to answer the phone from one of their own branches!. However, when I drove through to Braehead, the last remaining clearance item in Scotland was still there fortunately and the Braehead staff that I dealt with were equally very helpful. So well done to staff of both branches.

Quick andveasy to order and collect in store.

1. Not possible to see or touch the planned purchase. Assistant was not allowed to open the box. When spending a large amount of money access to the product is only reasonable.
2. Advised set up and transfer would be within 48 hrs and would be an email contact when ready. No contact after 48 hrs and contact with store to check not possible according to the person on the general phone number. I had to travel 10 miles to check with the store in the hope it was ready. Yes it was and had been for some time but the note on the item in the service section simply said ready and no instruction to advise the client.
3. The service document - customer copy - gives a local telephone number which does not operate.
4. This review is in no way against the item bought or the work carried out by the service section

I bought Microsoft 365 personal and when I tried to install it, the scratch off part didn’t come off and the code was unreasonable. I’ve tried twice going to curries and Microsoft to get help but they said to go to each other and the problem was not resolved. Nothing was done about it.one of the poorest customer service from that currys .

Great service from start to finish. Fast service from order to pick up. Staff were very helpful in store too. Very impressed.

The full delivery and instalation was a great peace of mind with profesional guys who did a super job. We are delighted with our new washing machine.

Excellent easy transaction

I had to go looking for an assistant to help me, there was a few assistants huddled together at the end of the store, I said excuse me, could someone help me please and was told to wait a few minutes, which surprised me.
After that it was it was plain sailing, assistant was polite and helpful.
Though I was a bit surprised about the cost for delivery and the removal of the old appliance, perhaps there could be a discounted rate for oap’s who live on their own, and for plumbing in the appliance.

My recent purchase was made at Curry's as theirs was the most acceptable price for the item I was searching for. The assistant explained the workings of the item, and showed how to disassemble. The collection assistant offered to carry the item out to my car.

Online purchase simple and easy to complete. Item was ready for collection very quickly, and the collection process was also completed quickly.

The guy who sold me the goods was k knowledgeable and honest

Fault on computer rectified by a very knowledgeable staff member.

Staff in Livingston where very helpful and friendly, was a busy day as I observed multiple staff members all serving and moving from between customers so I knew I'd be seen in a while. Once the staff member came over the service was top tier.
