The young guy was very good he was so helpful and explained everything very well for me to understand.

Leona provided the best customer service ever! She was so lovely, helpful, patient, and professional. She made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable, and her excellent attitude really stood out. Thank you, Leona, for going above and beyond. You deserve all the recognition! Highly recommend!

I recently visited the Currys store in Leyton, and I honestly have to say that the customer service I received from Mahi and Zxhanada was absolutely outstanding. They were so helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and professional that I genuinely felt I had to get their names so I could leave this review and make sure their hard work gets recognised!

Both Mahi and Zxhanada did an amazing job explaining the different products to me. They described everything in such a clear, detailed, and understandable way, making sure I knew exactly what each product offered and which options would best suit my needs. Their product knowledge was genuinely impressive, and they answered my questions brilliantly. They clearly know what they are talking about and have a real talent for helping customers understand their options without making anything feel complicated.

What I appreciated most was that they took the time to properly understand what I was looking for instead of simply trying to sell me something. They were patient, approachable, and genuinely interested in helping me find the right products. Their advice made the whole shopping experience so much easier, and I left feeling much more confident in my decisions.

On top of that, they also told me about Currys' broadband deals, which was something I had not initially expected to explore. They explained the options really well and made the whole process interesting and straightforward. I even took part in something called the 30 Second Challenge, and they managed to find me a genuinely great broadband deal! I was really impressed by how quickly they understood what I needed and helped me find an offer that seemed like a great fit. They made what could have been a confusing process feel simple, engaging, and worthwhile.

Honestly, the way Mahi and Zxhanada explained the products, talked me through the broadband options, and helped me find a great deal showed just how knowledgeable and dedicated they are. They went above and beyond to make sure I had a positive experience, and their enthusiasm and willingness to help really stood out.

I genuinely believe Mahi and Zxhanada deserve a pay rise, a bonus, or some form of proper recognition from Currys management. Staff members who demonstrate this level of product knowledge, customer service, patience, and professionalism are incredibly valuable to a business. They are exactly the kind of employees a company should want to retain, reward, and invest in. If management wants to know what excellent customer service looks like, they should look at the way these two colleagues treat their customers.

I specifically went out of my way to get their names because I did not want this experience to go unrecognised. It is easy to complain when something goes wrong, but I think it is just as important to highlight employees who do an exceptional job. Mahi and Zxhanada represented Currys brilliantly, and they deserve to know that their efforts genuinely made a difference.

To Mahi and Zxhanada, thank you both for your outstanding help, your patience, your excellent explanations, and for finding me such a great broadband deal through the 30 Second Challenge. You made my visit to the Currys Leyton store a genuinely positive experience, and I cannot praise you both enough.

Currys, please make sure this review reaches the store management team. Mahi and Zxhanada deserve to be recognised for their efforts, and I hope they receive the appreciation, rewards, and pay rise they deserve!

This was hands down the best customer service I have had anywhere for absolutely ages. Mack was brilliant - knowledgeable, friendly, professional, patient with my (many) questions, and so extremely helpful. I left feeling that I had been really listened to and had the best product for what I needed - and a great deal on the price. Shout out too to the lovely supervisor (sorry, dont know your name) who greeted me, added me to the queue, and came over later to check how everything was. Again, so friendly and professional. HUGELY RECOMMENEDED.

Not enough staff on duty in Leyton Mills store. Not a busy shop either. Maybe better luck in another store. Avoid this one
