Curry's Guiseley: shame that transfer data quoted varied three times from various staff: 25 then 50 then 70 and finally charged £79.99. No call made to advise job completed. Otherwise am happy with laptop bought.

We bought a TV that wouldn't connect to our Internet after checking the Internet with our provider. We returned with the TV and told the assistant what had happened and felt like they didn't believe what we said,until he checked it and the same happened again,a refund was given but politeness was lacking. Politeness cost nothing.

Stephan was a a very pleasant chap to deal with . Gave us lots of information and help choosing a new washer.

I went to the shop to order a new gaming laptop, which I knew wasn’t in stock but could be ordered in. The staff member put the order through quickly and efficiently and I was told it would arrive after 5pm Wednesday, the order being placed on Monday morning. I was given the option of next day delivery at home which I declined. By lunchtime Tuesday I was notified that the laptop was ready to collect. It is so refreshing when a company under promises and over delivers. I was served on collection by the same staff member who helped me check it was the correct item and there was nothing missing . Very happy.

Customer service was lacking somewhat. Little interaction, spent a significant amount of time sat at a computer with comments made over the shoulder. Gave some advice but wasn’t very upbeat in the interaction. Did not seem bothered for completing a sale.

Ordered one Sunday delivered Monday you can’t do better than that

I’m still waiting. Was delivered to wrong address. Still haven’t found out where. Meanwhile I’ve had to borrow a vacuum machine to use. DPD rubbish at delivering. Be glad when this is sorted. Still waiting 2 days later.

I have had the pleasure of dealing with Tameena on a few occasions, and every single time she has been absolutely brilliant. Her professionalism is outstanding, but what really sets her apart is the way she genuinely listens to her customers and takes the time to understand their needs. She is caring, patient, knowledgeable and never makes you feel rushed or pressured.

On my most recent visit, Tameena’s advice and customer service gave me the confidence to purchase a generator iron costing £259.99, along with additional cover. I felt completely reassured that I was making the right choice because of the time and care she took to explain everything to me.

Tameena is a real credit to Currys and an absolute asset to the Guiseley store. Staff members who provide this level of customer service deserve to be recognised. I genuinely hope her hard work and dedication are acknowledged by management because she is a fantastic representative of the company.
