Very courteous and friendly salesperson (Lucy). Not too pushy. Knowledge of products could be better but was able to look up our questions.

Gaynor, the Sales Assistant was friendly and very helpful from start to finish. The two delivery man were great I’m friendly too.

Good pricing. Delivered early. All wrapping taken. Placed where asked to. Delivery guys very helpful. Good experience. Who purchase again fron Currys.

As I walked in I was greeted and asked if I needed any help. To which I replied 'not right now'
Several minutes later, I realised I didn't bring a tape measure and called over the balcony to the same two men standing downstairs to ask if they had a tape measure I could use. Their response, 'yeah, there's one hanging on the fridge' The place is full of bloody fridges - they were unhelpful and couldn't be bothered

£5 cheaper than Dunelm. Delivered on time. But why couldn't I collect. My nearest Currys is only up the road and with collection I wouldn't have had to wait 3 days for delivery, nor pay for it.

I bought a dishwasher and found the young lady at Currys Segensworth very helpful, polite and quick. Thankyou

First of all you had everything I needed in stock , always a bonus ! The assistant that helped me was Tom , had everything organised including loading my car with all my purchases . While this was going on I realised I had lost my handbag , he rushed upstairs to search our last port of call, another assistant , a young lady had noticed I had popped back to open the boot of my car and suggested I may have put my bag in there , thank goodness someone had their wits about them as that is exactly where I’d put it , panic over ! Well done .

bought a £1,200 Samsung 65-inch TV from Currys at Parkgate, and after just two months of ownership, it developed a serious fault. For a television at this price, I expected quality and reliability, but what I certainly didn’t expect was the appalling customer service that followed.

Armed with my receipt, I returned to the store expecting Currys to take responsibility and offer a sensible solution. Instead, I was repeatedly met with what felt like scripted nonsense, with staff constantly directing me back to the manufacturer to get the television repaired. There appeared to be little interest in resolving the problem themselves, offering a replacement or discussing a refund.

I ended up making five separate visits to the Parkgate store, only to be given the same old runaround. The level of customer support was extremely disappointing, and I felt as though I was being passed from pillar to post rather than treated as a valued customer.

In my opinion, a £1,200 television that develops a serious fault after only a couple of months should have been dealt with far more appropriately. The TV was eventually repaired, with major components reportedly replaced, but I remain unhappy that repair was the outcome rather than a replacement or refund being properly considered at the outset.

I am now having to pursue a Section 75 claim to try to recover my money. The fact that I have had to go to these lengths after spending £1,200 on a television is disgraceful.

My experience with Currys has been absolutely terrible. The customer service, support and willingness to resolve a genuine problem fell well below what I would expect from a major electronics retailer. Buying an expensive product should not turn into weeks of frustration, repeated store visits and having to fight to get a satisfactory resolution.

I certainly won’t be recommending Currys to friends or family, and I will not be shopping there again. There are plenty of other retailers out there, and based on my experience, I would strongly advise people to think twice before spending their hard-earned money with Currys.

Returned to Curry’s to update my old phone. All sales assistants were extremely helpful, polite and knowledgeable. Understood my needs as a senior citizen, no hard sell. Transferred all data to new phone for charge I was happy to pay, saving me time & patience! All a credit to Curry’s 👍

Was about to spend about £1000 on kitchen appliances,but none of the staff seemed interested so decided to try AO and see if they were interested in selling to me.
