We went to Curry's for a fridge freezer. We were met and assisted by no:89 Theresa. She helped us through and got what we needed. Great service.

Curry’s representative was courteous, knowledgeable, professional & provided sound advice on all aspects of the purchase, including virus protection, after sales care etc. His concise info., mant my time in store was kept to a minimum, which enabled me to secure my purchase & then to be in a position to maximise the rest of my day

We were impressed by the way that Ronnie explained the options open to us re the purchase of a tumble dryer.The tumble dryer was delivered the next day at the time requested.The whole process was completed professionally.

I was very pleased with my experience at Curry's; culminating in my two purchases. Liz, who served me was lovely, polite & helpful. She answered all my questions making it easier for me to decide on my purchases. Definitely 10/10 in a job well done.

The lady working upstairs there was very indifferent. When I wanted to change the product, she officially fought with me. It was better there if I was fired

One customer before me hogged a lot of time. You had lots of reps walking in and out... nobody took the time to help with the cue. One of your reps was too assertive when I asked for help. When he came he expected me to know everything about monitors. It was a stressful visit. The one girl who was serving was very good but she should have been given more help from these free time reps. I think the manager needs to look into this and teach them gentle ways and speedier ways.

The assistant who served me, Theresa, was lovely. She noticed I was having to wait and found me a chair.
I was undecided which oven to buy, and she was very helpful.
The only drawback was the horrendous ‘music’ which has put me off using Curry’s previously. I couldn’t find an alternative this time. I notice there is an hour without the noise on Mondays. This is by no means adequate. A whole morning would be much better.
My oven was delivered four days later, and I was most impressed by how pleasant and efficient the two young men were. Harry King expertly installed my oven and showed me how to use it.

It would be five stars if the shop was free of music.

Ordered Dyson was picked up by me within the hour.

While cooking my Electric Hob just burnt, stopped working and smelt of burnt wiring and the kitchen fuse tripped. I had to call my local electrician before turning the switch on.He side the hob is burnt and I should get a new one.
Since I had a 5 year warranty, I called the help desk and spoke to them from 4 pm until close they couldn't register my complaint.so the next day I took the hob to Currys store in Enfield where I was again told that I must register a complaint.
I spoke to the help desk for over an hour to no avail, then finally I had to speak to the store manager.
Wilfred was very helpful he offered me a very good deal then Stephen at the desk was also helpful. Managed to book a new Hob with a 5 year warranty, very happy with the Enfield store staff, Excellent staff and very helpful.

I went to the Enfield branch looking for some advice and information about buying a new laptop. The service was excellent - Chris the staff member advising - was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about both the stock and the market in general. My experience with Currys Care & Repair was extremely disappointing. A straightforward repair/replacement became over three weeks of delays, repeated calls and being passed between departments.

I spoke to at least five people and had to explain the same issue repeatedly. Nobody took ownership, communication was poor and staff seemed unclear about their own policies.

Currys Enfield was equally unhelpful. Although my device was booked for repair, it was not sent to the repair team for over 14 days, delaying the write-off and extending the process beyond three weeks.

Currys’ advertised 7-day delay policy appears meaningless when its own internal processes cause much longer delays.

I should not have to spend hours chasing departments for a service I have already paid for. I would not recommend Currys or Care & Repair. Their internal processes, staff training and customer service urgently need improvement.
