Clean2Clean Recensioni

Donka has been cleaning for us for 2 years and is an excellent cleaner. Her communication is great and she’s even found 2 lost pair of my glasses! We have had 2 cleaners before Donka who we were deeply unsatisfied with but are so happy since we found Donka.

She is also happy to pick up other errands such as changing sheets. She doesn’t need any direction and just gets on with it, which is great. But if there’s something specific I ask her to do, she always gets it done.

She is very courteous and works around our 2 young children based on their nap and eating times.

As for the agency, I highly appreciate their transparent nature- they have always been honest about how much of the fee goes to them and how much goes to Donka. They also have excellent communication.

All in all, we are very satisfied customers.

They have been great as always and reliable

Incredible service. Very attentive and helpful staff. We have been using Gigov’s services for a while and Donka has been an excellent cleaner. Very good finish quality and she always happy to help.

Highly recommended and great job Donka!

Excellent cleaning service, perfect for end of tenancy. Great value and easy to arrange, with good communication from all team members.

Work hard and be very punctual. It is a partner worthy of long-term cooperation. Hope to continue to cooperate in the future.

A little suggestion, if you see a lot of wrinkled bedding, could you iron it for us when time permits? I will be very grateful.

I used this company more than once and every time they are spot on!
I booked them last time for an end-of-tenancy cleaning. Wrote to them 2 days before and they were able to book an appointment in a very short time. The cleaning was done by Iryna and she very professional and accurate. Definitely would recommend to use their services.

Gigov was very responsive and arrange a cleaning service for me on the day (very last minute). Iryna, did a fantastic job. Explained what needed to be done and she just cracked on and got the house cleaned while I made some last trips to the tip. I would definitely use them again.

Gigov and the team provided an excellent service and we will definitely use them again. Ryan

Fast attendance. Worked hard. Had to clean a very challenging house at very short notice. Thank you.

I really loved your service thank you very much

I hired them to clean the restaurant's basement. They arrived on time and worked hard. The shop's basement was very clean after they worked. I highly recommend them for next time.

Cleaner was professional and worked very hard. Only criticism is they clean what they see and don’t get behind the sofa or units etc.
