Adam & Adrian arrived soon after 11.30 today and fitted our new Bosch integrated dishwasher.
Excellent job done.
Fitted, commissioned, tested and all explained with the old one plus all packaging removed.
Very professional and so quick & tidy.

Bought pretty much all our appliances from Carters.. not because of the shop itself..but mainly for the gentleman in charge ..ROB ..He is such a credit to that shop. So helpful and so knowledgeable. He is just amazing and kind. Why bother going to those big Stores (Curry's and others ) when you can get such a brilliant customer service from a real human being. I really recommend this place for anyone who wants proper service and advice.

FANTASTIC, can't rate them highly enough. Needed new washing machine, having browsed online had good idea which one I wanted. From the friendly greeting by Rob, his fantastic demo of machine controls to answering all my questions, excellent.Next delivery.... the following day !! . Now to the delivery and connection, what lovely guys, cheerful, extremely helpful and most certainly job well done with no fuss whatsoever. On top of all this Carters sell a brilliant comprehensive range of appliances and models at extremely competitive prices. Honestly the service is fantastic AND you are made to be a valued customer. WELL DONE.

I met the team who delivered my daughter in law’s washing machine for her and was genuinely so impressed by them. They could not have been more helpful and friendly. The service was outstanding, if I could give them more stars I would. Luke and Toby, thank you for being so brilliant and on the hottest day as well. Absolutely amazing work.

I needed 2 oscillating fans pretty quick and wanted the same make I already have as they have a remote, are quiet and perform well, even though I get free delivery with Amazon and I had to pay £10 carriage with Carters they still was £20 cheaper for the 2 fans I wanted, I ordered at 11am Yesterday and got them 10am Today.
I also had 3 emails from different departments advising me about My Order and delivery.
My first check for white goods in future will be with Carters.

We ordered a washing machine from Carters. I was called up on our delivery day and advised by their team of their arrival time. They arrived promptly and installed it quickly and efficiently. I asked about the hose being routed slightly differently which they did for me. I’ve used Carters for white goods for years but have never been home to meet their employees. I must give a big heads up to Adam and Billy who were both superb. Thank you both.

I always buy my kitchen appliances from Carters because they offer a high standard of personal service. The staff are most helpful when visiting or phoning with enquiries or orders and are very knowledgeable about their stock and its availability.
Delivery is efficient with dates and times arranged to suit the customer. Delivery agents are friendly and accommodating. The removal and recycling of old appliances is a very useful service and reasonably priced. I strongly recommend Carters.

I have used Carters several times over the last couple of years and I have found them to be great. Easy ordering on line and on the odd occasion I have had to speak to someone they have been very friendly and very helpful. When there has been a problem, the staff on the phone have been very helpful and arranged an engineer to come out very quickly

The moment I made the call the gent at the company (Carters) was extremely helpful with his knowledge..experience & demonstrated that nothing was too much trouble. He listened carefully to my requests. The delivery drivers were both stars as well as they disconnected the old machine & fitted the new one...even sweeping behind the machine as i was immobile with a badly broken ankle. They tested for leaks & showed me how to use the machine. There whole experience left me 110% completely satisfied A++++++

Kept informed when necessary and delivered on time and date no issues.

Ordered our new fridge/freezer on a Friday with useful assistance from the assistant. Fridge/freezer delivered and installed next day and the old applianced removed.

Online ordering was easy and contact re delivery good.
My fault that I didn't properly read cooker description and assumed the cooker had two ovens not just one and a grill.

Delivered on time, no problems.

A large chain, but with some great local and knowledgeable assistants behind the desk. We have used Carters in Horsham and have not only had a warm welcome, but excellent service.

Carters give you an individual service. From entering the shop and getting helpful advice to delivery and installation. Delivery people are always courteous and make sure you are happy with their work. I would always recommend Carters.
