Before ordering I asked them about a specific detail of the item to make sure it was not in a certain way. Upon receiving it however it was precisely what I had wanted to make sure it was not. It seems obvious that they didn't actually check. When I asked questions about how I could use the item even though it wasn't a perfect match they completely dodged those questions. Their english could be bad since they were very short in communication, but I'm not sure that's it.
