Really bad customer service
I've ordered product through Bike-Discount more than two weeks ago and paid for the premium shipment with DHL but I haven't received anything until now.
It took 5 days for Bike-Discount to actually ship my product as shown on DHL tracking website.
The DHL shipment got delayed/lost after that. I contacted Bike-Discount customer service to ask them to get in touch with DHL (DHL won't respond to the receipient, just the sender hence Bike-Discount) but I was told in a condescending tone that I should not have used DHL as it is not faster than other carrier and that I should just wait for my products to be delivered.
Their website clearly stated "DHL delivery on satursday +7.99€".
I won't purchase any more from this company and would discourage anybody else to do so.
