If your order goes well, then I guess this shop is OK due to their prices. But if your order goes worng, you are screwed. Worst customer service ever

Beware and DO NOT BUY from Bike-discount.de. Price was great, but the shipment that they sent me only contained 1 wheel, not the wheelset that I ordered. When I contacted them, it took them days to respond and then the response was that there was no way that they shipped only 1 wheel and it must have been lost in customs or something. I sent them pictures of an undamaged box (with their logo all over it), with only a single original layer of tape, no signs of tampering, and the box only big enough for a single wheel. It was NOT the box that Mavic wheels typically come it, it was just a regular box, poorly packed, the wheel barely fit and was busting at the seams. They refused to believe the evidence and basically said it was not their issue. If I wanted to return it so they could personally inspect it, then I could pay for return shipping and they would "evaluate" a refund. I told them that was not acceptable and now they won't reply. I reported it to my credit card company and now it is under investigation.

I'm sure one of their employees is either a complete idiot or out riding around with a new bright yellow wheel.
