I have placed an order a month ago. The estimated delivery time 6-8 days, but here I am and still no bike. I have called many, many times by phone and every time they tell me that the bike is there and they are going to send it. But NOTHING happens. Then today they tell me that the payment reservation is no longer valid, so they can't get the money. My bank says the opposite. - the reservation is still active. Bike Discount tells me to cancel the reservation. My bank says that I as a client cannot do that, the shop must do that. So I am stuck. I have spend hours on the phone and still no bike. I am definitely not satisfied.
