Great service absolutely brilliant from the moment we enter until the delivery date

Took my bike to your shop in Sutton to have the chain put back on because i had bent a link, taking the chain off to clean. All done in about 30mins. Brought a spare link on advice . No problems as usual from the shop. My go to shop for bike service etc.

Very helpful local bike store. Good customer service. Bought a new bike at a competitive price.

The shop are not cheap but the service is pretty good.

Good service decent price

I needed my bike serviced before I did a ride called Chase the Sun, which is over 200 miles in one day.
The bike ran perfectly. Danny did a great job.

Great products, service and professionalism

At the weekend I unfortunately hit a pothole, a week before a race so I panic bought a wheelset from Hunt (not purchased through Balfe's) which arrived wobbling and not true. I rang round numerous bike workshops in and around the Sutton area all of which couldn't fit me in until I spoke to Danny at Balfe's Sutton. Despite being fully booked up and being the only mechanic in store that day he said he would try and squeeze me in. Only a few hours later I had a phone call from Danny letting me know he had taken a look at them, so Quick! Unfortunately it wasn't good news for me. Danny trued the front wheel however diagnosed a manufacturing fault with the rear. I popped back and Danny showed me exactly what he found which meant I could contact Hunt with accurate information to get an immediate exchange. All sorted before Raceday! Danny was very polite, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful throughout. Thank you very much. I will be a returning customer for sure!
