I had a great experience this morning renting a dumpster. I spoke with Jeremiah, and he made the entire process easy from start to finish. He took the time to explain my options and helped me choose what would best fit what I was trying to accomplish.
The conversation was smooth, personable, and never felt like a sales pitch it felt like I was talking to someone who genuinely understood what I needed and wanted to help. That made me feel confident about doing business with this company.
The dumpster hasn’t been delivered or picked up yet, so I can’t speak to that part of the experience, but based on the customer service I received over the phone, I’m very impressed. If the delivery and pickup go as smoothly as the booking process, I’ll be one happy customer.

I ordered a dumpster and had a mix up with the home owner. Heather handled my original order and was super professional and helpful. Jason handled the cancellation promptly and did a great job trying to create a credit but allowed me to void. Amber verified that she could get a cancellation confirmation out asap. Not upfront about timing or placing, was told dumpster would be delivered between 5-6 am next day before confirming and placing order because of the sensitivity of the timeline.
Wouldnt put anything time sensitive on the line for them to meet.
