Tiles etc. delivered on time. Very easy to work with and, most importantly, my wife is very impressed with the finish.

Delivery on time on day requested
Delivery on time on day requested. Overall a good experience unfortunately couldn't returned unopened unused panels. Only a 14 day return but would use again and recommend them

Really happy with the tiles and…
Really happy with the tiles and customer service. Some tiles arrive broken but they deal very well with it and the next day I had the replacement for the broken ones

Despite being told item was arriving on…
Despite being told item was arriving on a set date, booked that daynoff work to then receive email on that day to be told it had gone to the wrong delot for delivery. Lost another days holiday to be home for the next 'assured'delivery day. Yes it came but i have lost a days holiday and despite asking for a refund on postage both Walls and Floors and the delivery company accept no blame. Not good is it.....wont be using either again

Delivery from ordering was great
Delivery from ordering was great . Unfortunately I ordered the strip lights 16 months after fitting the acoustic panelling, I cleaned the area that the strips were going in to , but they didn’t stick , I got up the next day and they had fallen down . The lights are lovely and look good but I will have to get some stickier tape to keep it in place .
