Natalie Rawson is amazing!!
I was impressed by the team at Trethowans (Southampton) right from the start. I’d put out multiple enquiries to different firms, and Britney got back to me promptly, politely and with all of the relevant information.
I was then lucky enough to have Natalie assigned to my case. She made me feel supported, informed and confident throughout the process, which was very tough at times. She is incredibly knowledgeable, intelligent and kind.

Excellent Solicitor for Flat Purchase
I recently moved house using Trethowans in Hedge End, Hampshire. Halina was an excellent Solicitor, knowledgeable, professional and also approachable. Most recently she has passed on final documents which have been fully explained, not just left for me to work out! I would fully recommend this firm and will go back to them, if needed, in the future.

Updating property Deeds and preparing a new Will.
Following the passing of my mother, I required property deeds to be updated and a new will.
Ellie Stanton was very professional in preparing the necessary documents for my approval and final signing and I was kept very well informed, via email and post, of the progress of the work. Some legal matters and terminology can be quite confusing but before I signed the approved documents, Ellie explained everything in an easy to understand way so that I was able to fully understand what I was signing for. All in all, a very easy and stress free experience. If you are looking for a Private Client Solicitor, then I can highly recommend Ellie Stanton at Trethowans LLP.

Very slow communication
Very slow communication between solicitors and both parties, my wife had to chase everything every time. For a very straight forward purchase it has taken from the 28th March to hopefully 31st July to complete. Very poor service in my opinion.

Zach at Trethowans was completely…
Zach at Trethowans was completely proactive in the process of getting our property sale over the line with super efficiency - first class job throughout.
The Company was chosen rather randomly from a panel list prepared by my SIPP provider but I would certainly ensure in future that Zach at Trethowans was instructed in the future should I require similar services again.

Unhappy with the change to Alice who…
Unhappy with the change to Alice who appears to I reluctant to read and comprehend the information necessary to appreciate the case. Being uninterested we are left with the impression that she provided limited information to an outside acquaintance for an opinion (the extent of which was not shared with us) which we feel has resulted in an incomplete opinion.
Allowing her to decline to proceed further with our case.
We are left with a distinct feeling that she did not fully understand our case and was not prepared to provide detailed answers to our questions and lacked interest

Denise and Hannah have been amazing. Good comms and timely. Very supportive throughout the remortgage. It all went ahead on time because of their due diligence and team work. I really appreciate their amazing help as the ex's firm was slow.
