Hi Steve,
We're sorry to hear that you weren't completely satisfied with your purchase.
We do wish you had contacted us before leaving your review, as we would have been more than happy to rectify the situation for you.
Customer satisfaction is something we take great pride in, and we're always looking for ways to improve our products and services. If you weren't happy with the quality of the product, we would have gladly offered you a full refund.
We do feel that a 2-star review is a little premature, particularly as we weren't given the opportunity to address your concerns or put things right.
We genuinely value all customer feedback and would still welcome the opportunity to resolve this for you.
Kind regards,
Top Shotter Fireworks Team

Hi Jamie,
Thank you so much for your kind words! 🎆 We like to give our customers that personal touch, and a quick phone call to make sure everything is right with your order is the least we can do!
It means a lot that you noticed and appreciated it. Thanks again for choosing us, and we hope to see you again soon!

Trust and honesty
Trust and honesty. Every time i deal with these guys they surprise me, and I appreciate that. It goes a long way that personal touch in this day and age where communication has become so impersonal. It's money thats going up in smoke quite literally, so to know you are getting the best of service, from ordering to delivery and watching the reaction on the faces of my kids to all the effort put in, makes it all worthwhile.
Thank you.

Risposta di Top Shotter Fireworks
Hi Matthew,
We are disappointed to receive this review as the order was delivered well within the delivery timeframe selected at checkout.
Your order was placed after business hours on 30th April using our standard delivery service, which clearly states an estimated delivery timeframe of 3–5 working days. Due to the weekend and the bank holiday on 4th May, Friday 1st May was effectively the first working day for processing. Tracking confirms your parcel was delivered on 5th May - within 2 working days.
An express next-day delivery option was also available at checkout for a small additional cost, however this was not selected.
We also attempted to contact you directly by phone after seeing this review but unfortunately received no answer. At no point were we contacted regarding any issue with the order before this review was posted, which is disappointing as we always aim to resolve concerns quickly and professionally.
We take customer service seriously and believe this review does not accurately reflect the service provided in this case.
Kind regards,
Top Shotter Fireworks
